We take great pride in being the sole microschool in Navarro County, as well as the only Nature-Based program in the region, led by educators who hold degrees in child development and engage in continuous professional development annually to remain aligned with the most current best practices in early childhood education.

DISCLAIMER: We do not operate as a licensed daycare or child care program. We specialize in giving each student individualized instruction through a small classroom setting in a nature-based environment with certified Early Childhood Educators. We offer educational services in nature-based education including agriculture and farming education for young children. We are a microschool operating from August-May from 8a-3p.

Enrollment Fee: $100 deposit per child, non-refundable

Tuition

Tuition is adjusted annually to support competitive compensation for our dedicated staff. At The Eagle’s Nest, we deeply value the expertise of our educators—some of our staff hold a degree in child development and all staff shares a strong commitment to our mission of nature conservation, outdoor education, and high-quality early childhood learning. As a nature-based microschool, we prioritize retaining passionate, qualified professionals who bring our vision to life every day.

Note: As a privately funded program, we do not receive grants or government subsidies. As a result, tuition is reviewed and adjusted annually—not only to ensure fair staff compensation, but also to account for rising property taxes, building additions, insurance premiums and the increasing operational costs of running a small business.
