We are a microschool that operates from August through May and is closed during the summer. We provide individualized instruction, monitor developmental milestones, and specialize in early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in implementing daily learning activities and routines
Supervise children to ensure safety at all times
Support children’s social and emotional development
Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized learning environment
Assist teachers and the owner throughout the day as needed
Communicate respectfully with children, staff, and families
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Participate in staff meetings and professional development when required
Clean before and after all activities
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education.
Knowledge of child development and early learning standards.
Experience tracking and documenting developmental progress for young children.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for working with young learners and supporting their growth.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
